Nov. 15 —1:59 a.m., Choteau resident requested deputy check on the welfare of his girlfriend who had not returned when she was expected.
— 7:15 a.m., Choteau ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 816 Fourth St. N.W. and transported a patient to Benefis Teton Medical Center in Choteau.
— 8:07 a.m., dispatch contacted the Montana Highway Patrol about a vehicle stuck off the road on U.S. Highway 287.
— 8:34 a.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from BTMC to Benefis in Great Falls.
— 8:42 a.m., Sheriff’s Office assisted in locating the owners of equipment parked in a field outside of Fairfield.
— 10:13 a.m., Fairfield ambulance transported a patient from 201 First Ave. N. to Great Falls Clinic Hospital.
— 12:44 p.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 13492 U.S. Highway 200 and transported a patient to Benefis.
— 3:04 p.m., motorist reported a camper that came off the back of a pickup and landed in the ditch on U.S. Highway 89.
Nov. 16 — 12:09 a.m., Sheriff’s Office provided an agency assist with the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and MHP in pursuing a vehicle traveling on U.S. Highway 89.
— 12:33 a.m., Fairfield ambulance was requested for an agency assist for a possibly suicidal individual in Fort Shaw but was cancelled.
— 6:48 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical issue at 313 Third St. N. The patient refused transport.
— 7:22 a.m., Dutton Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire in the median on Interstate 15.
Nov. 17 — 9:10 a.m., Dutton Public Schools superintendent spoke with deputy regarding a student.
— 12:33 p.m., deputy checked on the welfare of a Choteau resident.
— 6:01 p.m., motorist reported a dead deer on Interstate 15 causing a traffic concern.
— 7:39 p.m., Sheriff’s Office was notified of a dead deer in the middle of the road at Secondary Highway 220 and 221.
Nov. 18 — 11:30 a.m., Choteau High School principal requested assistance with a drug investigation at the school.
— 2:23 p.m., Sheriff’s Office received an informational call regarding Snapchat at Choteau High School.
— 10:31 p.m., deputies responded to a domestic dispute in Choteau and arrested a man.
Nov. 19 — 7:15 a.m., motorist reported a vehicle versus deer accident on U.S. Highway 89 near Bynum.
— 1:09 p.m., deputy assisted in locating a motorist travelling on Interstate 15 who had possibly overdosed on medication.
— 3:11 p.m., deputy assisted with a family issue in Choteau, detaining a minor.
— 5:30 p.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to 1499 Augusta Clemons Road and transported a patient to Benefis.
— 6:50 p.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from BTMC to Benefis.
— 6:55 p.m., motorist reported being harassed on the road by a truck driver.
— 9:04 p.m., Choteau resident reported two suspicious individuals who stopped at her house.
Nov. 20 — 9:03 a.m., Sheriff’s Office notified of cows on U.S. Highway 89 causing a traffic concern.
— 10:54 a.m., MHP requested removal of a deer carcass from Interstate 15.
— 12:57 p.m., deputy responded to a report of a possible death at a rural Fairfield address. Deputy coroner also responded. Fairfield ambulance transported a woman to Benefis in Great Falls.
— 8:18 p.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from Skyline Lodge to BMTC.
— 10:43 p.m., Choteau ambulance transferred a patient from BTMC to Benefis.
— 11:06 p.m., deputy investigated possible vandalism of street signs off Secondary Highway 200 and 18th Road N.W.
— 11:32 p.m., deputy responded to report of street signs in the back of a pickup truck.
From Nov. 15-20, deputies issued five citations for speeding, one each for no proof of insurance, no trailer light and improper use of turn signal.
