Nov. 9 — 9:54 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 406 Third Ave. N. and transported a patient to Benefis in Great Falls.

— 10:31 a.m., deputy assisted in locating a man with medical issues who had not returned to his residence in Fairfield.

— 11:25 a.m., nurse in Fairfield requested a lift assist from the Fairfield ambulance crew.

— 12:04 p.m., dispatch notified a sheriff’s iffice outside of Teton County of a tip received through a 9-1-1 of a possible emergency.

— 1:10 p.m., Fairfield mayor reported an abandoned vehicle.

Nov. 11 — 12:58 a.m., Choteau ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 307 10th Ave. N.E. and transported a patient to BTMC.

— 9:14 a.m., deputy assisted with locating a vehicle on Teton Canyon Road. The occupants were possibly involved in a violation of hunting regulations.

— 10:39 a.m., Choteau ambulance, Choteau Volunteer Fire Department and deputy responded to a single-vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 287. The patient refused transport by ambulance.

— 12:29 p.m., Choteau resident spoke with deputy regarding a family matter.

— 5:03 p.m., deputy investigated a report of an individual sitting in a parked vehicle in Choteau for an extended time.

— 7:08 p.m., deputy checked on the welfare of occupants of a vehicle parked on Interstate 15. The call resulted in the occupants being brought to the Teton County Sheriff’s Office on warrants.

— 11:26 p.m., deputy assisted with a family issue in Choteau.

Nov. 12 — 12:21 a.m., deputy assisted in removing an unwanted person causing a disturbance at a private residence in Fairfield.

— 1:03 a.m., deputy transported an individual from a previous call who was allegedly in possession of drugs to the Teton County Sheriff’s Office.

— 1:08 a.m., deputy arrested a man in Choteau on an out-of-county warrant.

— 8:54 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 245 Floweree Ave. and transported a patient to Benefis.

Nov. 13 — 12:05 a.m., Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible runaway minor from Cascade County who may have been in Teton County.

— 1:40 a.m., Choteau ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 41 First Road N.E. The patient refused transport upon arrival.

— 3:58 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical issue at 508 Birdtail Creek Road and upon arrival patient refused transport.

— 1:08 p.m., Teton County coroner responded to a reported death at 140 Fourth St. S.W. in Choteau.

— 2:42 p.m., deputy requested for a verbal confrontation that a Fairfield resident had with an individual parked in front of her residence.

— 2:55 p.m., deputy and MHP were notified of a vehicle in the ditch on Montana Highway 200.

— 3:57 p.m., Fairfield VFD provided mutual aid for a structure fire in Sun River.

— 4:41 p.m., the Teton County coroner responded to a death at BTMC.

— 7:44 p.m., Choteau resident spoke with a deputy regarding a family issue.

— 8:10 p.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from 650 18th Road N.W. to BTMC.

Nov. 14 — 1:23 a.m., deputy reported doing a bar check in Fairfield.

— 2:03 a.m., deputy arrested a motorist in Fairfield on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

— 9:52 a.m., hospice nurse reported a death at 264 Secondary Highway 408.

— 10:39 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 421 Second Ave. N. and transported a patient to Benefis.

— 1:59 p.m., dispatch received a 9-1-1 hang up which was determined not to be an emergency.

— 4:37 p.m., the Power ambulance transported a patient from 1191 13th Lane. N.E. to Benefis in Great Falls.
