— 10:50 a.m., Choteau and Fairfield volunteer fire departments responded to a haystack fire of the Belview Road. Sun River Electric Cooperative also responded to shut off the electricity.
— 5:58 p.m., Sheriff’s Office was informed of a vehicle stopped in the driving lane on U.S. Highway 287 causing a traffic concern.
Jan. 4 — 1:42 a.m., deputy responded to a report of cattle on U.S. Highway 89 causing a traffic concern.
— 7:24 a.m., Great Falls Police Department provided information on a gun reported stolen from Teton County.
— 11:21 a.m., Choteau resident reported the possible vandalism to the tires on her vehicle.
— 11:37 a.m., Choteau resident reported her daughter was harassed on social media.
— 3:33 p.m., Fairfield resident reported a vehicle across the street is causing a disturbance.
Jan. 5 — 5:07 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 36 First Lane S.E. and transported a patient to Benefis in Great Falls.
— 8:11 a.m., Sheriff’s Office received a call from Choteau wanting information on something that happened on New Year’s.
— 11:17 a.m., Dutton ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 16 First St. N.W. and transported a patient to Benefis.
— 5:42 p.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from Benefis Teton Medical Center in Choteau to Benefis.
— 8:33 p.m., deputy arrested a woman in Teton County on a warrant.
Jan. 6 — 7:52 a.m., Choteau resident reported the theft of a car by a family member.
— 12:35 p.m., Choteau resident reported possible break in at storage units at Secondary Highways 220 and 221.
— 6:02 p.m., deputy, Choteau VFD and Northwestern Energy responded to Main Avenue in the area of Fifth Street for a possible gas leak.
— 6:35 p.m., Choteau resident reported a vehicle driving toward the roll-off site, losing large amount of cardboard.
— 7:41 p.m., deputy arrested a man on an outstanding warrant after stopping him for a traffic infraction on U.S. Highway 89.
Jan. 7 — 1:02 a.m., Fairfield ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 118 Fourth Ave. N. and transported a patient to Benefis.
— 1:31 a.m., Choteau ambulance responded to a medical emergency at 31 Third St. N.W. and transported a patient to BTMC.
— 7:09 a.m., deputies investigated report by a Fairfield resident of an intruder who had threatened a family member and damaged a vehicle.
— 1:21 p.m., deputies investigated theft and vandalism to a number of units at the WW Exchange Storage Units in Choteau.
— 2:42 p.m., Choteau ambulance transferred a patient to Benefis in Great Falls from BTMC.
— 3:02 p.m., Pendroy resident reported a vehicle was stolen from her residence.
Jan. 8 — 8:22 a.m., deputy investigated items being taken from a vehicle in Choteau.
— 5:24 p.m., Choteau ambulance transported a patient from Gunther Motel to BTMC.
Jan. 9 — 7:04 a.m., deputy checked on the welfare of a woman staying at a hotel in Choteau.
— 8:49 a.m., Choteau resident reported their vehicle was broken into and items taken.
— 9:26 a.m., Sheriff’s Office received an accidental 9-1-1 call.
— 10:45 a.m., deputy investigated a 9-1-1 call from the Fairfield High School and determined it to be accidental.
— 11:46 a.m., deputy provided agency assist in locating a missing juvenile who was believed to be travelling through Teton County.
— 2:25 p.m., Fairfield resident reported four horses in his front yard at 104 Fifth Lane N.E.
—4:45 p.m., deputy and Choteau ambulance responded to a single-vehicle accident on Secondary Highway 220. The driver refused transport by ambulance and was kept at the accident scene pending arrival of Montana Highway Patrol.
— 8:01 p.m., Lewis and Clark requested an ambulance for a patient at 420 Main Ave. in Augusta. The individual refused transport.
— 11:53 p.m., deputies and Choteau ambulance responded to a medical emergency at the Stage Stop Inn. The deputies took the individual to BTMC.
From Jan. 3-9, deputies issued two warning for speeding, one for expired vehicle registration and cited a driver for speeding.
