US – a fun, fast-growing online global company with a great customer support team looking for someone to join us as a customer-oriented service representative. This person will help our customers create and host successful raffles and events, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency through a multitude of communication channels. YOU – someone who is looking to make a difference with our customers, and our company with, - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. A professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and always follow-through. Good computer and internet skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues/complaints, with empathy and patience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to be a good team player, someone who will contribute positively to the team environment. The position requires 40 hours per week with occasional overtime, 8 hour per day shifts, Monday- Friday with the possibility of some weekend work for doing projects.
