WIC

The Teton County Health Department will hold a WIC clinic via the phone on June 29. The TCHD is not going to Augusta or Fairfield for clinics. For additional information and appointments, contact Dawn Gunderson at 406-466-2562.

THURSDAY, JUNE 30

County Commissioners

The Teton County Commissioners will meet on June 30 at 10 a.m. in the conference room on the main floor of the county courthouse in Choteau. Agenda items include: request for a county road encroachment permit from Chance Schenk of Fairfield, subdivision review fee hearing, budget amendments hearing, opening of road grader bids, action on salary board recommendation, action on resolution for the Teton County Board of Health authority to comply with House Bill 257, which passed the Legislature and was signed by the governor, action on a road loader government obligation contract.

TUESDAY, JULY 5

Drivers Exam Station

The Choteau Driver Exam Station will be open July 5 from 9:15 a.m. 4 p.m. at the Teton County Courthouse. Call 1-406-444-1772 or go online to www.dojmt.gov/driving for an appointment.

Veterans Affairs officer

A Montana Veterans Affairs officer will be in Choteau July 5 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in the Courthouse Annex. For further assistance, call 406-452-2265.

Choteau City Council

The Choteau City Council meeting set for July 5 has been moved to July 12 at 5:30 p.m. in the city office. Tentative agenda information includes: approval of minutes of the previous meeting; approval of council member requests to be out of state; review of reports on law enforcement, city court, public works, finances and mayor and council. For more specific agenda items on old and new business, contact the city office at 406-466-2510.

American Legion Post 6

The C. James Smith American Legion Post 6 will meet July 5 at 7:30 p.m. in the lower Legion Hall in Choteau. For more information, contact Cmdr. Jerry Collins at 406-581-6456.

•LEGO Club at the Choteau/Teton Public Library from 3:30 to 5 p.m., not appropriate for children under 3.

•Alcoholics Anonymous, 7 p.m., Choteau Trinity Lutheran Church.

•Trinity Lutheran Church Caretaker Support Group from 6-7 p.m. at the church

WEDNESDAY

•Running group will meet at 6 p.m. at the four-way stop on Main Avenue North for a 3-5 mile run weather permitting. Everyone welcome, for more information text or call 406-590-1644.

THURSDAY

•Oceans of Possibilities Summer reading program at the Choteau/Teton Public Library. No live program until June 23. Participants can stop by during library hours to pick up their Ocean Bouncy Ball weekly prize and participate in the Pirate Scavenger Hunt and to pick up their take home activity.

•Narcotics Anonymous will meet at 7 p.m., Choteau Trinity Lutheran Church. For more information, contact Jessica at 406-590-5535.

SATURDAY

•Rocky Mountain Front Farmers Market, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Visitors Information Center parking lot in Choteau.
